Saint Nicholas’ Feast Day, December 6th, always falls during Advent. Saint Nicholas (or as we know him, Santa Claus) performed many miracles and acts of kindness, because he was a Bishop and a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. His life and works showed the way each one of us is called to show God’s love to others, especially those in need.
Celebrating St. Nicholas Day keeps the spirit of good St. Nicholas alive; his goodness and kind deeds express the care we are to show to those in need in this holy season.
Saint Nicholas helps us remember Christmas is a feast of love, hope, kindness and generosity.
Happy Feast of Saint Nicholas!
Love and Peace,
